Autoscreenz Partner™ — Customer Service Terms

1) Parties & Scope

These terms govern services performed by independently owned Autoscreenz Partner™ licensees (“we/us”) for vehicle owners or businesses (“you”). We operate under SAWRA-aligned methods using SAWRA-approved or equivalent materials.

2) CPA (Consumer Protection Act)

Where the CPA applies, you have the rights set out in the CPA. Nothing here limits non-waivable rights.

3) Windscreen Chip & Crack Repairs — important risks

  • Objective: stop further spread and restore structural integrity; some optical blemish may remain.

  • Unpredictability: glass can crack further during/after repair; this is an industry-wide risk.

  • If breakage occurs: we’ll assist with a replacement quote; the repair fee can be credited against a replacement done through our supplier network. (No cash payouts.)

  • Long cracks: feasibility, visibility impact, and expectations are discussed before work (per SAWRA-WCISP guidance).

4) Headlight Restoration

  • Surface refinishing may leave faint marks visible up close; we minimise these.

  • Severe lenses may require off-vehicle bench work (separate charge, up to 2 business days incl. full cure).

5) Payment & Booking

  • Pricing confirmed on site or in writing. Payment due on completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • Mobile service requires safe, accessible parking.

6) Guarantee (non-transferable)

Ask your local Partner about their repair guarantee (valid for the current vehicle owner only). Keep your invoice and book a post-repair check if issues arise.

7) Liability

Our maximum liability is the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8) Privacy (POPIA)

We process limited personal data to deliver the service, issue guarantees, and meet legal obligations. See our Privacy Notice.

9) Governing Law & Venue

South African law applies. Disputes fall within the competent courts of the Partner’s operating region.

Training & Corporate B2B Terms

Binding notice: By booking training, paying an invoice, or attending an assessment, you agree to these terms.

1) Scope

Covers training, assessments, B2B service programs, partner-onboarding sessions, and feasibility/business-plan work for funding.

2) B2B Framework

Transactions are business-to-business (B2B) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3) Booking, Fees, Changes

  • Invoices are due in full to confirm dates.

  • Reschedule with ≥ 5 business days’ notice (subject to calendar).

  • Late cancellation / no-show: fees forfeited (venues/assessors are fixed in advance).

4) Certification

Training aligns with SAWRA standards. Certification is granted by SAWRA (or relevant body) at its discretion. Purchasing training/tools does not guarantee certification.

5) Funding Support & Territory Holds (if used)

Where we prepare feasibility/business-plan packs or hold a territory while funding is pursued, the Funding Support & Territory Hold Agreement applies (R10,000 pro prep + R5,000 conditional territory deposit; timed refund rules).

6) Intellectual Property

All training content, manuals, checklists, and materials remain our intellectual property. No redistribution or public posting.

7) Liability

Liability is capped at the amount paid for the relevant training/service.

8) POPIA & Records

We store attendee and assessment data for compliance, credential verification, and auditability.
